3. Eligibility

To use ShopB.Africa, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree to notify ShopB.Africa immediately of any unauthorized account use.

ShopB.Africa is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Products & Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, pricing, and legality of their products.

Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations may occur.

ShopB.Africa reserves the right to remove any product that violates platform policies or laws.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and wallet systems.

ShopB.Africa may hold payments in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

Transaction fees or commissions may apply and will be clearly disclosed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and zone.

Vendors and logistics partners are responsible for fulfilling deliveries.

ShopB.Africa is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

8. Refunds & Returns

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility depends on the reason (e.g., damaged item, wrong item, non-delivery).

Approved refunds may be processed to the ShopB.Africa Wallet or original payment method.

Certain items may be non-refundable, which will be clearly indicated.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

Provide genuine, lawful, and quality products.

Fulfil orders promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing.

Comply with ShopB.Africa policies and applicable laws.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of vendor accounts.

10. Wallet & Withdrawals

Vendors may request withdrawals from their wallet once orders are confirmed.

ShopB.Africa may delay or withhold withdrawals in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

Wallet balances are non-transferable outside the Platform unless approved.

11. User Conduct

Users must not:

Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior.

Violate intellectual property rights.

Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on ShopB.Africa, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of ShopB.Africa or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

ShopB.Africa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

User data is used solely to provide and improve services.

14. Limitation of Liability

ShopB.Africa shall not be liable for:

Losses arising from vendor actions or product defects.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Delays or failures beyond reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShopB.Africa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

16. Suspension & Termination

ShopB.Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

ShopB.Africa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
